My husband has made a decision that he is going to get more serious about exercise because he wants to get back into shape again. He decided to try some kettlebell drills and he told me that it was most definitely a workout for him. He said that it is a great calorie burner and that he felt that he was pushing himself pretty hard. I am glad to see him exercising again because he always seems to have a lot more energy and he also feels better about himself.
